Thinking with Tinderbox?

I’ve been working with Tinderbox for years now, primarily for brainstorming and taking reading notes. But its versatility allows many other usages. For instance, in this short sequence of animated images, the application interface appears in the form of a screen comparable with a large format paper sheet or with the surface of a table on which are arranged folders or sheets of paper. Each dark brown rectangle is a note that can contain other notes and become a folder. Each note can open a small window that facilitates a flexible note taking.

Tinderbox est une application dont je me sers principalement pour prendre des notes de lectures. Mais sa polyvalence permet bien d’autres usages. Par exemple, sur cette courte séquence en images animées, l’interface de l’application se présente sous la forme d’un écran comparable à une feuille de papier de grand format ou à la surface d’une table sur laquelle seraient disposés des dossiers ou des feuilles de papier. Chaque rectangle de couleur marron foncé est une note qui peut contenir d’autres notes et devenir ainsi un dossier. De même, chaque note peut s’ouvrir sur une petite fenêtre modulable qui facilite la prise de notes.
